The project will support a demographic of hard to reach workers who wish to develop or change careers within the sector.

It will do so by building assessor capacity and delivering relevant qualifications to the target group and therefore provide them with an opportunity to progress into a new career within the sector.

  • Deliver 24 OSAT courses for hard to reach workers
  • Achievement of SVQ/NVQ L2 for 144 hard to reach workers in associated trade
  • 144 blue skilled worker cards obtained
  • Deliver additional skills in health and safety, slinger/signaller and plant courses.
