If you disagree with a grant decision, you can appeal against it.
We have an official appeals policy which gives details of the grounds for an appeal,the criteria you must meet, and full details of the process to follow.

You need to make your case in writing within 90 days of notification of a rejected grant claim, providing supporting evidence.
Send your appeal by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by post to: Grants Scheme Team, CITB, Bircham Newton, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE31 6RH.
Your appeal will be considered by our grant scheme team, who will write to you with their decision. They aim to deal with all appeals within 30 days.
If you’re still not happy with the outcome, and can provide further information not previously submitted, you may request a review of the appeal decision. The review will be completed within 90 days of receipt and the decision will be final.
